Welcome, scavenger hunters!
I don’t know about you, but I love reading Christmas-themed mysteries. When I started writing the mystery Deadly Holiday, I intended for it to be a novella, but I adored the characters and story so much it grew into a full-length novel. It’s the second book in my Georgia Rae Winston Mystery Series, which takes place in the fictional small town of Wildcat Springs, Indiana. Georgia is a thirty-year-old farmer who’s simply looking for love with the right man. But life always seems to have other plans—even during the most wonderful time of the year.
Georgia, who trained as a music teacher before becoming a farmer, is asked to step in and direct the choir for her church Christmas program when the original director has a car accident. Since harvest is over, she agrees. However, she’s also trying to define her new relationship with the handsome Detective Cal Perkins and deal with her ornery identical twin stepbrothers who are determined to be her sidekicks—should she ever stumble into another murder mystery.
Which, of course, she does.
Georgia finds the church youth pastor dying and witnesses his last word, “Anchor.” She’s driven to find answers—and puts herself and her budding relationship with Cal in danger.
Now, here’s your clue for the scavenger hunt. Find the novel on Amazon at this link, take a look inside the book, and answer this question: What are the names of Georgia’s twin stepbrothers? When you have the answer, fill out this form and travel to the next blog.
Thanks for participating! The next author on tour is Amanda Tru, and she will be telling us about A Cinderella Christmas. You can find her post at this link. Remember, this round robin ends on December 16, 2019 at 11:59 PM EST.
